I am starting a new job where they do not use the Oxford comma. The past few jobs I have had have been users of there serial comma and I have so internalized its use that I started using myself. I generally did not use it because I followed AP Style. I certainly write more for work than for myself, so it will definitely take some getting used to not using the comma that Vampire Weekend doesn’t care about.
