Too Much Customer Experience

While paying for my groceries, the cashier asked me if I wanted to round up my order for a donation. I declined. She asked to join the loyalty club. I declined. She told me about the survey on my receipt. I did not follow the link. That was an instance of too many departments forcing their programs on the cashiers and nobody overseeing all the requirements of the cashier. She didn't seem too happy about all these additional tasks.
