Too Many Reminders?

We took a school bus to an office-sponsored lunch. Taped to the dashboard was a post-it note that said Child Check. The bus driver seemed like a very nice, competent person. She transports students. Every day. Does she really need a note reminding her to check the children? Are they on the bus? Are they sitting down? Are they not escaping out the back door? This should be a key part of her job that should not need a reminder. It’s as if a cashier had a note stuck to her register that said give change.
