My neighbors have provided the perfect camouflage for serial killers. There are life-size Santas standing on several porches in the neighborhood and every time I pass them, I think it is a person standing there. It would be relatively easy to don a Santa suit and stand in their place, watching the comings and goings of the neighborhood. That is, if you were looking for your next victim.
