No Batteries Required

Early in the pandemic—after growing a beard—I bought a new beard trimmer. My old one no longer worked because I think it was about 20 years old. The new trimmer started slowing down and I thought I needed to get new batteries—a rare commodity in our present dystopian society. Although my old trimmer required batteries, the new one was rechargeable. I’m ok so long as the electricity holds.
