I celebrated my birthday throughout the whole month of July by going out for pancakes every weekend. It was fun way to explore Chattanooga. The list include two chains because I like the pancakes at one and how could you not go to the International House of Pancakes for a month of pancakes?

Bluegrass Grill: buttermilk pancakes
Daily Ration: blueberry flapjacks
First Watch: lemon ricotta pancakes
IHOP: berry crepes (since they no longer have Swedish pancakes [my childhood favorite] or silver dollar pancakes)
Aretha Frankenstein's: very tall pancakes
