Yesterday I found a pack of frozen appetizers under the brand “Cohen’s.” This box of 4 Garlic Potato Puffs, 4 Spicy Beef Turnovers and 4 Spinach & Potato Puffs carries the tagline, “It’s not just Kosher, it’s Cohen’s.” Click here for a history of this company that was founded in 1945.
