Sometimes I have trouble sleeping. I fall asleep very quickly, but I wake up during the night and am often unable to fall back asleep. Melatonin and other natural sleep aids seem to help more with getting to sleep rather than staying asleep, so I was intrigued when I saw a new type that touted its use for middle of the night wakeups. That was until I read the impossible directions.
“Take 1 tablet as needed in the middle of the night. For best results, take at least 3 hours before waking.”
