I saw the following message when I attempted to unsubscribe from a marketing email:
You are presently unsubscribed from all of our emails. We will not be able to communicate with you even if you are a current Customer and you will NOT receive any email Support, Platform Update or Critical Notification. Please go Back and review your subscription.
The law requires companies to provide clear unsubscribe paths from unwanted emails, but this seems somewhat unethical to remove a user from support, updates and critical messages if they choose to opt-out from marketing messages.
