I had a dream about the former president. I don’t mean that I had some thoughts about him, but I literally woke up from a dream about him. He was my stepfather or some sort of familial authority figure in my life.
He was in my house and I very clearly remember him walking into my childhood den and I told him that I was not going to take any of his crap. I was pretty angry about everything that had happened during his presidency.
I said I had just one question for him. Was the whole thing just an act or did he actually believe all the things that he said and did? And I’m not sure which answer is worse.
